to link the original Newsday article because of the outrageously long URLs, I will link to MWO the blockbuster story our man Estrada was vetted by somebody from the ABA with obvious Bush administration connections. It wasn't enough for Bush to pick just people vetted by the Federalist Society; he had to try and rig the far more reputable ABA.
Gee, let's rig that playing field all around. I wonder if the Democrats in the Senate got wind of this. They probably have heard about it. Let's hope they keep the filibuster up.
