about the latest corruption by thug Tom DeLay. This is about the worst possible corruption there is. Basically extort support for Republican lobbyists in return for favorable legislation.
It's called blackmail, and there was a time when somebody would call for DeLay and his cronies' heads and they'd possibly do jail time. Now people don't seem to care.
