on Newt "idiot" Gingrich's disastrous comments last week with regard to the State Department and Colin Powell and the stupidity of the Republicans in general. It doesn't just stop with Gingrich; after all, we have Santorum's idiotic remarks, and finally Bush's classic comments in trying to bully senators Snowe, Chafee, and Voinovich on the tax issue.
Face it: It was a terrible week to be a Republican. Democratic Underground has its work cut out for them for the person who gets the number one spot for the top ten conservative idiots (a redundancy) of the week.
