this Hill report says Bush is encountering stiff resistance to his scheme to destroy--oh, sorry, "reform"--the venerable (and vulnerable) Head Start program. This is from people of both political parties.

Gee, the man really did keep his promise to be "a uniter, not a divider" after all.
