proving my point our dictatorship is declaring war on public universities. Classes are being cut, and tuition is being jacked up to make up for budget shortfalls. Of course, financial aid is drying up. Students, if they can handle it, are taking on jobs in order to attend school, which is very difficult, trust me, and harder as one gets older.

The truth is there aren't enough well-paid jobs requiring a college degree, or, for that matter, enough well-paid jobs, period, so why should anybody who isn't a member of the elite class bother with college?

We need plenty of bodies for McDonald's, Target, and Wal-Mart.
