I Am Sure
the Dean brigade bristles at the depiction of Dean as being the most "liberal" of the major candidates running.
If he's liberal, then I must be a communist or something.
Anyhow, estimates vary as to how many groupies Dean managed to gather in Seattle, assuming none of them followed him from Portland. Some said 10,000, an aide says 8,000, I have seen 5,000 bandied about, but more zealous people claimed 15,000 were there.
But hell, what does it matter? It's like Dean trying to explain where the Social Security age ought to be.
Note that shitty quote Dean used on this stump speech: "If you make me the nominee of this party, I'll make you proud to be a Democrat again."
Listen, you fool. I always WAS and am STILL proud to be a Democrat, but I am ashamed of you and your divisive tactics.
That rivals the Wellstone crap he spewed for sheer outrageousness.
