how this would work, but Sen. Feinstein wants there to be changes to the way recalls are conducted. They should not be conducted for the mere hell of it. "Voters," which means the far right of the Republican Party, should NOT be allowed to recall elected officials simply because they are Democrats.
Don't get me wrong. I think her ideas are sound, but would Californians have to amend their constitution again?
