While Democrats
in California are coming around to the "no-yes" strategy with regard to the recall, Republicans are having a hell of a time rallying around a single candidate. Or married candidate, or a candidate who is married but acts like he's single.
Here is a profile of Arianna Huffington, the jet-setter-turned-pundit-turned-candidate.
And then there's this article about how focus groups are shaping the recall, just as focus groups shape presidential elections.
But what an absolute crock of bullshit from Frank Luntz (one of the GOPers responsible for pushing the coup attempt along):
"His communication skills are that powerful. Holy shit [I might just as well spell it out for the edification of the readers]. This guy may be the next Ronald Reagan."
I don't think I need to spell it out--and I damned well WON'T spell the name out--who Luntz was referring to after a focus group of nitwits.
