Ted Kennedy
is raising a stink about the funding of NCLB.
He has maintained he was hoodwinked into supporting the bill because he believed it would be fully funded.
Well, that could be true or not, but knowing who was behind that bill and the ultimate purpose of it, which is to destroy public education, Kennedy should have known better.
