While

bloggers and others were obsessing about Gannon, the real shit of what the dictatorship is doing went on. First, Congress passed "reform" of class action lawsuits by putting them under federal jurisdiction rather than state courts.

This is because the federal branch is full of shyster judges from the Federalist Society, and therefore they are less likely to give a shit about anybody not a business or a zillionaire.

And even worse, a Senate committee passed so-called bankruptcy "reform," which virtually creates an indentured class of people in this country by making debtors have a harder and harder time to wipe out unsecured debts.

Perhaps if this actually becomes law, not a certainty if riders are attached to kill the legislation (as was done last time), this will end the credit card industry in this country, as nobody in his or her right mind would have the damned things if they knew they could never, ever, get out of debt if an emergency strikes.
