of course related to religion or the Bible in public schools, even if it's an elective, is a very sticky situation, as can be gleaned from this article about a controversy in Odessa, Texas.
THAT'S why the public schools HAVE to be secular; we live in a pluralistic culture.
I know that offends the dominionist right, but that's the way it is.
