As the World Turns.

Jordan Roberts, who wrote the narration for the excellent March of the Penguins, is enjoying his newfound fame.

Dana Reeve, widow of actor Christopher Reeve, revealed today she has lung cancer.

She has never smoked, but about 1 in 5 women who are diagnosed with lung cancer are nonsmokers.

She's only 44 years old.

It's bad news for a pair of Tom DeLay associates, as a judge has ruled they must stand trial.

This is another reason Jeanine Pirro faces an uphill battle winning the Republican nomination for New York senator, let alone can beat Hillary Clinton:

Pirro's strength as a candidate is handicapped by her husband Albert's conviction in 2000 on federal income-tax fraud charges, an earlier revelation that he fathered an out-of-wedlock daughter, as well as the recent allegation by a Mafia informant that Al Pirro leaked confidential material from an ongoing Westchester DA's probe.

Albert Pirro strongly denied that allegation.

There's no point in bringing up Hillary's husband's "scandals," for they were all fake. But even Ed Cox isn't completely squeaky clean, given who his father-in-law was.

Believe it or not, some organizations are gearing up in opposition to John Roberts.

The NRA is unhappy with Senator DeWine because he actually did the right thing and voted against the bill which shielded gun manufacturers from liability.

Now what does this have to do with the vaunted second amendment? Nothing, but the NRA doesn't give a shit about the second amendment because it knows as well as informed people the second amendment doesn't say what the NRA claims it says. What the NRA actually cares about is the big business of guns and ammo, and that's why their panties are all in a wad over DeWine's vote.

So now the NRA is considering backing a Democrat instead.

I'll believe it when I see it.

An independent receiver is going to look over those coin records.

A group of Brazilian thieves went to a lot of bother to dig a tunnel to a bank and pull off the biggest heist in South American history.

They stole $67.8 million.

If they had lived in this country, they could have stolen legally, thanks to all kinds of incentives by our dictatorship.
