In a somewhat related topic, should John Roberts' religion be an issue during his confirmation hearings, or is bringing it up too damned reminiscent of what JFK and other Catholic politicians had to put up with?
It's his legal and judicial career that should be put up to scruntiny, and if his religion affects his views, they are secondary.
