It's
getting to the point where I am so tired during the day I have to sleep for an hour or two in the afternoon.
I spent most of the day in Sparks, where I watched East of Eden and Rebel Without a Cause at the Sparks Nugget and afterwards wandered around town for a bit looking at old cars.
There weren't that many truly classic cars there today; most no doubt are in Reno at the Peppermill, Atlantis, and the Hilton parking lots. I will be looking at those tomorrow and the rest of the week.
Later I am heading down to the Hilton, provided I can stay awake, and I will listen to Little Anthony and the Imperials. Unlike so many "oldies" groups, this one still has most of the original members.
Edit: Three of the four singers are original, including "Little" Anthony, who is hardly little or young anymore (he's 65). One of the others joined the group in 1962, so this incarnation is as good as original as it can get.
