Since Oregon's
economy is in a shithole, people can't do too much with their predicament other than gamble or play the lottery in order to get themselves out of their economic shitholes and perhaps buy a charming old Victorian in Ashland or a cold eyesore McMansion in the same town.
But with legalized gambling comes the usual problems with addiction and the like.
