truly mean well, but this revisionism 60 years after the fact of the Hiroshima bombings makes me sick to my stomach.
We KNOW and have for decades known how bad the bombings were. That's why the a-bomb hasn't been used ever again during war. But look at the bombings in the context of the entire war in which the Japanese sided with Hitler and Mussolini.
The United States government was not full of war criminals here unless you believe every goddamned act in wartime is criminal.
Revisionism of any sort just turns my stomach because it's a distortion designed to deceive people into supporting whatever political viewpoint the revisionist seeks to push.
It's NOT history and instead becomes propaganda.
