Life's the Pits.
San Francisco supervisors unanimously passed sweeping regulations of pit bulls, including mandatory spaying and neutering of the city's estimated 7,000 dogs.
Those pit bulls which attacked a group of people the other day and shot dead are being tested to see if they ingested marijuana before they went on their rampage.
Apparently their owner had some marijuana, including plants, around the residence.
