Nevada Lt. Gov. candidate Barbara Lee Woollen has filed a libel and slander suit against rival Brian Krolicki:

Woollen said her legal battle with Krolicki is just beginning.

"We are now going to go in and be looking for a temporary restraining order today (Tuesday) to make them discontinue showing this commercial," Woollen said. "Then we will be getting a permanent injunction and we will follow though with this lawsuit to hold people accountable for these types of actions."
