I

spent the morning driving to Castle Crags State Park and hiking up a couple of trails. Since my knee is a bit strained (thanks to screwing it up yesterday while cycling to Ashland), I didn't hike up the trail that takes one right up to the crags. That trail is about 2.7 miles one way, and it is considered "strenuous." I opted for easier trails.

I returned about a half hour ago, and I am a bit pooped.
