Jack Carter is only seven points down from Senator Blow Dry in this poll.
Of course, Ensign hasn't started campaigning yet, and if the polls show it closer, expect either a lot of dirty ads or some flowery ads about how Ensign worked so hard to save the animals in New Orleans following the Katrina disaster.
Bet on it.
