Today marks the 46th anniversary of the crash of Sabena Flight 548, which killed all 18 members of the United States Figure Skating Team. This is an article I found which appeared in the Boston Globe seven years ago.
A book about the team and the tragedy, Frozen in Time, was published last year. I'll probably pick it up.
