As the World Turns.

Long, straight hair (for women, that is) is this year's big trend.

It only is if you're young. Forget it if you are much beyond 30.

I used to have very long hair, at one point down to my waist. I used to have very healthy, beautiful hair before it started going gray and shit. But the ends would break, and it would be very hard to brush.

So in my early thirties I decided I didn't want all that shit anymore and got it cut to shoulder length. Now I try to keep my hair to about chin length.

Money is better spent on all-day kindergarten.
