Instead of the commenter at the beginning of the article cheering on the establishment of a charter school that would cater to ADHD and dyslexic kids, shouldn't the writer question the whole concept of inclusion in the public schools?
After all, establishing a public charter school dealing with special ed kids flies in the face of inclusion.
So shouldn't inclusion of kids who actually need more individualized instruction be curtailed in the public schools?
I happen to believe so, but inclusion does save money, which, of course, is the whole point of it.
