I don't think the punishment fits the crime here, especially considering critics include the likes of Al "Tawana Brawley" Sharpton.
Imus screwed up, but a suspension would have been appropriate. Meanwhile, truly vile people like Ann Coulter are allowed to spew their trash all over the place.
