I happen to agree with Bobby Schindler's assessment of the Republican candidates' answers regarding his sister's case.

Or actually, her guardian's.

Schindler didn't mention Keith Olbermann's ignorant comments following the debate, attempting to characterize the case as one between a "patient and her doctor."

In truth, it was a case between a probate judge and a guardian hellbent on killing his wife for selfish reasons. Constitutional rights of the disabled, regardless of disability, be damned.

The courts totally failed there.
