Fred Thompson is now getting a little bit of scrutiny from the mainstream media.
There's still a very good chance he is going to wind up being the nominee of the Republican Party, and, if he is, he will have a very good chance of getting the White House by hook or by crook.
It depends on who we field, and I fear we are going to get our collective ass handed to us again.
