last night was talking about the new book, The Terror Presidency, and he maintained Bush was a "dry drunk."
I think there is some kind of brain damage present. Twenty years ago, Bush didn't come across so stupid, so out of it, as he does now. He could actually talk in whole sentences back then.
There is something physically wrong.
Even so, it is Cheney who is running the show.
