Darren Mack’s former lawyer David Chesnoff testified today that Mack suffered from “a form of insanity” and believed that the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution gave him the right to shoot a judge.
Although Mack objected to his former lawyers pursuing an insanity defense, Mack’s position about his rights made it their only option, Chesnoff said.
“It’s delusional to shoot family court judges who you don’t like,” Chesnoff said.
Any new trial should be rejected out of hand.
