of Obama's trashing of Hillary Clinton, a "unity" ticket is probably impossible now. Because of the poisoning of the well, vast numbers of supporters of either candidate will likely stay home or vote for McCain in the general election.
The ONLY solution is to have a brokered convention and ditch both candidates. Neither one should have run anyway considering it was risky to begin with.
