According to this report, it appears Obama has been trying to stack the deck in Ohio.
Ohio, as you recall, was the center of massive voter "irregularities," i.e., fraud, in the 2004 presidential election.
Obama and the campaign are certainly apt pupils of the Karl Rove school of dirty tricks.
