It's from a DVD collection called The American Folk Blues Festival, which consists of several volumes of performances in the 1960s. Everybody who was anybody in the area of blues and was still alive at the time is on these collections. The Hendrix estate produced these videos.
I am getting these as well as the Pete Seeger Rainbow Quest DVDs.
