I thought this cloud was interesting. It reminded me a bit of a flying saucer.

Here is a closeup of a limb full of shoes. The shoes are mostly sneakers or running shoes.





There is a shoe tree north of Reno just as the the divided highway 395 becomes a two-lane road. As I was returning from my aborted trip to Oregon, I thought I'd take several pictures of it.

Evidently there are a number of these trees around the country, so this one isn't unique.
