conservative commentator Debra J. Saunders' claim that people making 200k a year are actually rich; however they certainly aren't working class. At the very least they are upper middle class.
The rule of thumb should be this: If a person has to work for wages or salaries in order to survive, he or she is not rich.
Wages and salaries vs. investment income should be the dividing line.
