It appears the "transcript" of the video being pushed around the internet was nothing more than a bad joke, kind of like Barack Obama.

Since the superdelegates' positions aren't binding until the convention, there is no reason whatsoever why Hillary Clinton would drop out, wishful thinking by the New York Times to the contrary.
