John McCain claims his "conservative" role model was progressive (in the real sense of the word) Teddy Roosevelt, who, if he were alive today, would be a Democrat.
But the media have been pushing this Teddy Roosevelt/reformer crap about McCain for years. McCain is just exploiting that fact.
