The applause he got seemed pretty lackluster to me. I think the crowd was there more for the free concert than to hear Obama.
If you haven't already read He Ventured Forth to Bright light to the world do yourself a favor...it's the funniest thing I've read in a long time.
What's funny is when I was working for the Jill Derby campaign at her office this morning, people were saying the exact same thing about the huge crowd.
