Because they are aggravated into trying to enforce the rules against alcohol, some 100 university presidents are advocating the drinking age be lowered to 18 and thus worsen the problem with drinking among children and adolescents.
They claim that if younger kids get drunk at high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools, it will cut down on binge drinking in colleges.
Makes perfect sense to me.
