Local Democratic Party bigwigs try to defend the fact they had an Obama speech closed to the public.
These people wanted more or less personal access, and to hell with everybody else.
My response is if you want a closed event, hold a fundraiser full of fat-cat donors.
And forget Obama even having a chance in this state to begin with. Nevada borders on Arizona, which is McCain's home turf.
