The Reno Gazette-Journal interviewed Barack Obama yesterday, and Obama did not say he admired Reagan this time but called the McCain ads wrong.

I don't believe the Obama campaign believes it can win rural Nevada, but that's not the point of campaigning there. The point is to get enough people in the rurals to vote Democratic in order to flip the state.
I think it's probably an uphill battle for Obama to win Nevada since it borders on Arizona and is about as conservative.
