Although I have been to the Redwoods National and State Parks many times over the years, I thought I'd post this link to an article from the NYT about them.
They are worth seeing.
Along similar lines is I forgot to see the sequoia trees over at Yosemite National Park when I went there a couple of years ago with the landlord. If I ever get another car, I plan to take them in within the next year.
