Now that the presidential election is all but over, with Obama winning but McCain having a respectable popular vote considering the 24/7 media bias, what will happen with Joe Biden's Senate seat?

Al Franken was leading in the early returns in Minnesota over incumbent Norm Coleman.

Jeanne Shaheen defeated incumbent GOP senator John Sununu in New Hampshire.

The Udall cousins appear to be winning their bids to take GOP Senate seats where the incumbents have retired. Rep. Tom Udall has won his bid for the seat in New Mexico.

Rep. Mark Udall appears to be winning the Colorado Senate seat.

Results: I know this is hard to read. Democrats gained 7 new Senate seats and 23 new House seats. The pressure to do "something" is going to be tremendous, but the problems are structural. Obama is not the type to take on radical change, a repeal of Reagan/Friedmanite economic policies.
