The parents of the kid killed by a tiger in the San Francisco Zoo last Christmas filed a lawsuit against the zoo, hoping to get a few bucks out of the deal as a result of any settlement they hope to get:

Their lawyer, Michael Cardoza, said the family hopes they can reach a settlement with the zoo. “It will never bring total closure to this, but it will begin their healing process because they won’t have to relive this again through a lawsuit,” Cardoza said Tuesday.

Well, it was their son and his buddies, drunk as all shit and staying in the zoo after closing hours, who decided they had nothing better to do than tease a previously docile tiger into her attacking them and killing the plaintiff's son in the process. Unfortunately, the tiger Tatiana had to be put down. No, there is NO case here; that's why they want a settlement.
