on why congressional Democrats aren't in any big hurry to overturn the so-called "partial-birth" abortion ban or in introducing the "Freedom of Choice Act." It's because there are few if any cases of PBA anyway, and the one potent issue the right-to-life groups had with the public has basically died when PBA was banned.
Why bring it up again and revive the anti-abortion movement?
