Arbitration is a Big Fraud

and certainly "binding" arbitration should be absolutely illegal, for arbitrators almost never rule in favor of consumers or employees, as yours truly found out through bitter experience. They have to favor companies or employers, for if they don't, they are out of business.

It is basically a corrupt process.
