Probably the best candidate of the six finalists for WCSD superintendent, Hector Montenegro, had to resign his Texas administrative post six months after taking the job because he accepted honorariums from non-profit groups.
It makes me wonder if the district will ultimately decide on a corrupt insider with no experience outside of the district, given the "quality" of the competition for the job.
