The numbers of unemployed have hit a record although unemployment claims have declined a bit.
I have been trying to figure out what I am going to do. I have several months left on UI, almost a year in fact, but I just don't know what I should do next. I have thought seriously about working for myself, perhaps in photography. It would take a bit of an outlay for equipment, but I am seriously looking at this as an option.
I am sick of working for others and putting up with unethical shit. The school district was the last damned straw.

Thousands of Reno area applicants applied for an estimated 700 jobs today, and, as a commenter notes at the end of the article, a lot of them don't know how to dress for an interview.
