Miscellaneous Yakking [Updated]

I have discovered over the years one doesn't have to be particularly bright or talented to write books or have ghostwritten books written on his or her behalf; for example, take a look at books "written" by Ann Coulter or Glenn Beck for proof.

The so-called "left" has its own purveyors of pretentious prose, as anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan has a new "book" available only as a download.

She's supposed to be in Ashland tonight to promote her masterpiece. I doubt I am going to waste my time driving clear over there. I will see how I feel.

What happens when a group of billionaires get together to talk about giving away money?

What they SHOULD be talking about is giving their share of what they SHOULD have been paying in taxes all along to the federal government; we wouldn't be in this goddamned mess to begin with if they had.

Well, that and not sending all of our jobs overseas.

So is the decision of the Obama administration to oppose the reinstatement of Valerie Plame's case based on law or is it based on revenge since Plame and husband Joseph Wilson backed Hillary Clinton in last year's primaries?
