What in the hell makes people like Arne Duncan think sleazy politicians or even clean ones can improve public schools?
Far too many school districts suffer from incompetence and downright criminality, but how does a politician improve it? It's like the fox guarding the chicken coop.
But remember, it's Arne Duncan who is peddling such nonsense. Enough said.
