some groups stand to lose in the health care debate< but in the end it will be the American people.
The health care mess is a perfect example of why our campaign finance system needs a total, radical overhaul. Special interests are running our politicians from both political parties, to the detriment of everybody else.
Democrats should support single-payer, which is little more than an extension of Medicare and Medicaid, but far too many of them are in the pocket of big pharma or the health insurance companies.
Our Congress, people who helped create our economic disaster in the first place by NOT representing the American people, will NEVER enact meaningful reform. Ever.
