A judge says there cannot be a book published in this country about a 76-year-old Holden Caulfield, thus Catcher* in the Rye author J.D. Salinger, 90, has won a victory, at least for now.
It has been published elsewhere.
*--I had misspelled the word "catcher" as "cather." I probably meant to type "catheter," which would make sense if a book is about a 76-year-old.
